How long will my order take?

All orders received before 9am we aim to process the same working day.
Any orders placed after 9am we aim to process the following working day.
Orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be processed on the next working day, i.e. Monday.

Unfortunately once orders are processed by our warehouse we are unable to cancel or amend them at this stage.

Small Items: will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery by Royal Mail Tracked usually takes 1-3 days but this is not guaranteed.

Large Items: or orders over a certain value are sent by DPD Express Delivery.

DPD are likely to delivery orders dispatched on a Friday the following Monday as they do not always work weekends. DPD will require signature on delivery - if you are not in then a card will be left requesting that you call to organise a convenient time to re-deliver.

We offer free delivery on orders over £50.00. Delivery anywhere in the UK is £2.75 for orders under this amount.
